1. Accounts & Access

Access to the server may be revoked at any time for violations of our Rules page, at staff discretion.

2. Purchases

Store purchases are processed manually via Discord tickets. All sales are for cosmetic or convenience items only and do not affect core gameplay balance. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. User Content

Builds, chat messages, and other content you create remain your own, but you grant us a license to display screenshots or references to them for promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uptime guarantees.
